# Cisowianka

Cisowianka is one of the most recognisable mineral water brands in Poland. With several bottling plants spread across different locations, the company faced the challenge of standardising processes and facilitating knowledge sharing between teams.

### Wyzwanie

Cisowianka needed a tool to manage employee-driven initiatives across distributed bottling plants, where communication between shifts was difficult.

### Rozwiązanie

CreAction connected all plants in a single innovation ecosystem, enabling best-practice sharing and transparent, real-time tracking of implementations.

## Co nie działało

Problemy przed wdrożeniem CreAction

Cisowianka's primary problem was fragmentation of knowledge between plants. Each bottling facility developed its own improvements, but there was no mechanism for sharing them with the rest of the organisation.

- Communication between shifts was limited to verbal handovers and shift logbooks — information was lost
- Identical problems were solved independently at different plants, resulting in duplicated effort
- No central knowledge base for improvements — new employees could not benefit from colleagues' experience
- The suggestion programme relied on e-mails to supervisors — no structure or prioritisation
- Management had no way to compare innovation performance across plants

As a result, each plant operated as a separate "island" — good ideas from one location did not spread to the others, and the potential for synergy between teams remained untapped.

## Rozwiązanie CreAction

Jak wdrożyliśmy platformę

CreAction was deployed simultaneously across all Cisowianka plants, with a central management dashboard and local administrators at each location.

- Shared platform for all plants with the ability to tag ideas by location
- "Replicate idea" feature — a proven improvement from one plant can be deployed at another with a single click
- Digital shift logbook integrated with the suggestion system — handover of issues between shifts
- Inter-plant benchmarking: innovation leaderboard, comparison of implementation rates and savings
- Automatic push notifications for new ideas in the "safety" and "quality" categories

Particular emphasis was placed on training shift leaders, who became the first point of contact for employees wishing to submit an improvement. Each leader attended innovation facilitation workshops.

## Wyniki

Mierzalne efekty po wdrożeniu

Twelve months after implementing CreAction, Cisowianka achieved the highest employee engagement rate in the continuous improvement programme in the company's history — 92% of production employees submitted at least one idea.

### Key results

- 30% reduction in unplanned bottling line stoppages thanks to proactive employee submissions
- 47 ideas from one plant replicated at the others — saving time and implementation costs
- Response time to EHS submissions cut from 5 days to 24 hours
- 18% reduction in material losses (spilled water, damaged bottles), saving PLN 560,000

The greatest success was the creation of a "sharing culture" between plants. Employees began spontaneously contacting colleagues at other locations to discuss the details of implemented improvements — something that had never happened before.

“Thanks to CreAction we managed to build a culture of continuous improvement across all our facilities. It is the foundation of our competitive advantage.”

Kierownik ds. Lean, Cisowianka
